Left my car for multiple days in their care for a simple recall. They parked my car at the very front and a customer backed into it damaging the back. It took them 5 days to inform me, no call just a text. recall. They parked my car at the very front and a customer backed into it damaging the back. I have had multiple vehicles serviced at this Mazda dealer over the last several years. I have always found the service dept to be professional, communicate any problems/issues with a customer's car in dealer over the last several years. I have always found the service dept to be professional, communicate any problems/issues with a customer's car in a clear and concise manner and have found the repair work they do to be of very good quality. As an aside, I have also found the parts dept to be great as well on the occasion(s) I have wanted to service/repair a Mazda car myself. More
