She got the battery for the defective key fob and a spare battery for the fob, and gave us her card to call her if we had additional questions. Laz my Service Advisor really made this a good experience. My vehicle was brought inside so quickly that I didn’t even realize it was my car! Laz was working with someone else and I did wait a few experience. My vehicle was brought inside so quickly that I didn’t even realize it was my car! Laz was working with someone else and I did wait a few minutes without being acknowledged by the other advisor but Laz’s attentiveness and respectful attitude disarmed my rising frustration. Laz was quite personable and patient. He directed me to the waiting area and was transparent about the expected wait time. I was also impressed with the video that was provided of the work performed my the technician. I believe his name is Duvall. The explanation was detailed and professionally done. Overall, this was a great experience. My one suggestion is that they have drinking water on hand, considering that it was a very warm day. More
