Have had better service From not having a loan vehicle available (I had coordinated for one when I made the appointment, although to be fair I was finally given a rental car) From not having a loan vehicle available (I had coordinated for one when I made the appointment, although to be fair I was finally given a rental car) to spending over $1000 and not having the car at a minimum washed before it was returned it just wasn't the best experience I've had at a dealer service department.
