We stayed patient and were told they’d fix it and call us back to reschedule. No call for 1–2 days. After multiple follow-ups on my end, I finally asked to set another appointment and requested an out-the-door price to understand the real cost. That’s when the numbers changed. The OTD came in over $3K higher than the price we were originally shown, including a hidden ~$1,400 “MVP” package that was never disclosed during our visit. On top of that, they tried to pass along the cost of the tire. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and a complete waste of time. More
We had a great experience with Anna at Mazda of Greenville. She was excellent! She did not push, she was kind and patient. She went out of her way to make us feel respected and not just a number. Greenville. She was excellent! She did not push, she was kind and patient. She went out of her way to make us feel respected and not just a number. We bought a 2021 Toyota Sequoia from her. They made the buying process simple and did not take all day! They were great. We would purchase from Anna again!! More

The afternoon we test drove it, they tried tacking on a $1,300 fee for rain repellent and paint protection so we walked. After negotiating the fee away over the phone, we also got them to agree to repair a cigarette burn on the seat. The next morning we came in to finalize everything. They told us the car was in the back getting the seat repaired, so we went ahead and completed all the paperwork, signed, and wrote the check. When they finally brought the car around — there was a two-inch crack in the windshield that absolutely was not there the day before. They played dumb, even though it wasn't on their inspection report and wasn't in any of the listing photos. I had already left to pick up our kids, so my wife was alone when they started pressuring her to just take the car and use our insurance to cover it. When she pushed back and asked why she should eat the cost of damage that happened while the car was in their care, the manager told her, "I'm not taking $1,000 out of my pocket to fix it— it's yours now." Multiple staff members quietly told my wife she was completely in the right. She was about to try to cancel the whole sale when the manager came back and said, "I talked to my higher-ups and they've approved the repair" — like he was doing her a big favor. The whole thing left such a bad taste that we almost didn't want the car at all by the end of it. Avoid this dealership. More
I had an excellent car buying experience with Mazda of Greenville! My sales representative - Tyler - was fantastic. He was so communicative throughout the process and helped me identify the ideal car (2025 CX-5 2.5 S SE) for my budget and needs. Giovanni in finance was also fantastic. I particularly appreciated that he showed us all our add-on options, but didn't try to pressure us into anything we didn't want. Efficient process - with an appointment we were in and out in under two hours. Everyone was friendly and pleasant, very professional, and crucially, no high-pressure sales tactics, mind games, or hidden mark-ups/fees. I am a happy customer! If you are in the market for a Mazda, I endorse this dealership! More
Certainly! Here’s a more polished and professional version that still conveys your frustration and warning to others: ⸻ Buyer Beware – Disappointing Exper Here’s a more polished and professional version that still conveys your frustration and warning to others: ⸻ Buyer Beware – Disappointing Experience at Mazda of Greenville As a loyal Mazda owner for over 20 years, I’ve purchased both new and used vehicles and have always walked away feeling confident in the product and supported by excellent customer service — until now. Just nine months after purchasing a certified used vehicle from Mazda of Greenville, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I was assured that this car had been thoroughly inspected and that any future issues would be covered under multiple warranties. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced several mechanical problems since the purchase — and not a single one has been covered under the warranties I was promised would offer peace of mind. What’s worse, I feel misled by the sales team, who made guarantees they clearly couldn’t stand behind. This isn’t just about car trouble — it’s about trust. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others. In my experience, this dealership prioritized the sale over integrity and customer care. If you’re considering a used car from Mazda of Greenville, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. It’s not worth the risk. More

Service department is not service oriented. Waited over 2.5 hours for a simple fix. No estimate for 2 hours. Will not return and I have always been serviced by the dealerships. I don’t know if this was the worst Mazda dealership I ever dealt with, there’s one west of Greenville that may be the winner, but this one runs a close second. My wife bought a new CX-5 there just this ever dealt with, there’s one west of Greenville that may be the winner, but this one runs a close second. My wife bought a new CX-5 there just this week, and it was a pretty painful experience. I couldn’t tell if incompetence or laziness was the driver here, but one or both were in action. We pretty much gave the dealership what they wanted for the car, and the trade-in value was okay. But once the paperwork needed to be done was where the fun began. Lots of running back and forth by the sales guy, most for no apparent reason. An interesting point is that my wife was paying cash, so there was no need for financing. But we didn’t bring the title or extra keys, so we really had no intention of sealing the deal there and then. Which is fortunate, because they HAD NO FINANCE GUY ON SITE, the only one who could finish the deal. Interesting way to run a business, isn’t it? Several pieces of paper were signed, one with a breakdown of the figures. We were given no copies. When I asked for a copy of the paper with figures breakdown, I was told that I couldn’t have one because it was in a folder on someone’s desk. Interesting excuse, isn’t it? I any case I later found out the next day, on my own, that there was a $750 Mazda loyalty cashback. I was never told of this. I called the sales guy and asked if he knew about this and if we received this. He didn’t know anything about it, o I told him where in his dealerships’ website to find this. He said he would need to check and I asked if he would and call me back. He never called back. I called 6 hours later and asked what the story was. He said he thought it was covered. I asked again for the paper with the figures breakdown, told him to take a picture of the document and send it to me. He said he would but did not. The financial manager was sent an email asking for a breakdown of the amount owed. He said he would call but never did. When we showed up to take possession of the car there was some unpleasantness over the bottom line. It was higher than we anticipated, but my wife went ahead with the deal. In the end we did receive the loyalty credit for our TENTH Mazda. The bottom line is that this place is pretty much a clown car with the personnel unable/unwilling to communicate once you have left the building. And then there is the up of charge of almost $1700 for some manner of paint protection and wheel locks (which doesn’t show on their on-line calculator). Your mileage may vary, but this is the story of our nightmare at Mazda of Greenville. More
A few months ago my SUV of 17 years finally stopped working and had to be put out to pasture. Needless to say this was a big adjustment for me and I was quite anxious having to go back into the car ma working and had to be put out to pasture. Needless to say this was a big adjustment for me and I was quite anxious having to go back into the car market after so many years. Fortunately, circumstances led me to Mazda of Greenville. The sales personnel and staff were friendly which helped to ease my anxiety. Keep in mind that I did the research of various vehicles earlier and already had a few choices in mind. So I just took my time until it felt right. My salesperson Donovan and his manager, Eugene truly listened to me as I described what I was looking for. They answered my questions honest and addressed my concerns as they worked hard to accommodate. The result: I ended up with a great deal on a pre owned vehicle that exceeded my expectations. It’s been about two months and I’m still quite satisfied. So I like to give a shout out Donovan, Eugene and the all the staff I came in contact with for setting me at ease throughout the process. And special shout out to receptionist Maria as she was the first person the greeted us with a smile and such a calming demeanor which set the stage for the whole experience. And yes, I would gladly recommend this location to family and friends looking for a vehicle; pre owned or new. More
