I'd love to give you the business but I came there to balance my wheels and you didnt. They helped my son get a car and I co-signed. Horrible communication with me. I went online to complete a finance application and nobody called me. I never even spoke with anyone until after my son call communication with me. I went online to complete a finance application and nobody called me. I never even spoke with anyone until after my son called me the next day and said his salesman told him I had co-signed. I had to reach out to the dealership myself to find out the details. They just took my application, assumed it was for my son, didnt inform me of the interest rate, or whether I would accept it. At signing, I wasn’t present snd waited by my computer to DocuSign, which is what I had been told. My son called a little later from his car and said everything was finished. Yesterday, I was at work and I received a call mid afternoon from a guy who said he was from Machens and had paperwork to sign. He was at my house. I live 2 hours away! Not a single person contacted me beforehand to schedule anything or to find out if I’d be home. I travel for work and luckily wasn’t too far away so we were able to meet. More
