One thing I noticed no matter how many times I said I was referred to Joe Machens dealerships, I did not get a discount. According to online we were also suppose to get a 500.00 rebate off new car. I was dis referred to Joe Machens dealerships, I did not get a discount. According to online we were also suppose to get a 500.00 rebate off new car. I was disappointed in those things being ignored. Joan Binnie referred me which is why we drove four hours away., it was my daughters first car and we did put money down. It was the car she wanted. For the most part the experience was good but I would have preferred working with Wyatt since he is who we communicated with over the phone. More

I liked their approach to the sell. I didnt feel pressured. They let me take the lead with what i wanted ie just wanted to test drive first no pressure to do paperwork and look at numbers but willi pressured.
