Customer ecashdollar came into Mazda Of Lodi in order to purchase a Pre-Owned Mazda 5 vehicle. In doing so he and his wife received everything that was promised to them. First the honoring of an internet price which was a huge discount on the vehicle they wanted, the carfax that was requested, and gas for the vehicle. This particular vehicle was traded in without car mats and the sales person stated that he would try to find some in our detail department but never promised to include them in the deal. Services were done on the vehicle at our location on this particular vehicle. The 7500 mile service was not due on the vehicle at time of purchase. This is was what the customer wanted performed on the vehicle days after the deal was made at no cost or threatened to post a negative review which as you can see was done. Mazda of Lodi treated ecashdollar with the upmost respect and yet customer was not satisfied. You can see from other reviews how mazda of Lodi has satisfied many customers over the years.

Customer came into Mazda of Lodi in order to buy out his current leased vehicle. We went over all the associated fees in detail at which point this particular customer got very loud and rude yelling nasty names and stormed out of the dealer ship. He did not want to understand that there are fees such as taxes and motor vehicle charges etc... when buying out a leased vehicle. Also there is no reason for anyone in our service department in need of stealng a parking permit. Lastly reviews on our site have been submitted from many satisfied customers we have helped over the years.

First of all I wasn't rude nor I was yelling nasty names! This response just proves that you are bunch of liars. Week later I finalized transaction at different Mazda dealer for price that was exactly in my contract. He charged me $125 documentation fee on top of that. I paid $800 in taxes directly to motor vehicle. It all comes to $925 above contract price. $925 doesn't really equal $3100 you wanted to charge me. When I first came you gave me price $2000 more than my residual vale was. I came back two days later with cash in my pocket to make a deal but then price went up another $1100 to $3100 above contract price. xxx??? When I said I will take my business elsewhere I was told that I can only buy it from you, which was another lie. Then I was asked to leave the office and come back when I am ready to make a deal. Yes! I was kicked out! Another dealer treated me the way not a client, but just another person should be treated. With respect and no lies. I am happy for you that you have so many satisfied customers. I am not one of them!
