We were going to spend the day just looking at Nissan, Mazda, Toyota and Honda to find a replacement for our 2008 Toyota RAV4 and we ended the day purchasing a CX-5 GTR. We started at Nissan with a salesman who knew nothing about their cars as he kept bringing us the wrong vehicle to test drive. We snuck out a side door while he went for the sales manager. Next up was Mazda and we were greeted by Victor Thompson. What a pleasant change. We wanted to start with the CX-5 and after talking briefly in his office about features that were must haves we started with a Grand Touring model. While on the test drive he answered all of our questions. We were not totally happy with the front seat comfort. He said all of the seats were the same but we sat in a GTR and they just felt better. So Victor showed us a Deep Blue Mica GTR with Parchment (White) leather that my wife just loved and we took it for a ride. The seat comfort was perfect and the following price negotiations went smoothly. They gave a nice offer on our RAV4 and a fair price on the car. Since it was late in the day once the financing was done my wife drove her new car home and I drove our other car home. The next day we went back with the RAV4 and the CX-5 and Victor spent 30-45 minutes going over every menu selection and setting in the car and thoroughly went over the safety feature options. It’s been a long time since I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with a salesman like Victor; calm, knowledgeable and cordial. My wife and I left the lot feeling good about the whole experience. More

This was the last dealer I checked out along that stretch of Blanding for a compact to mid-size coupe or hatchback, and I had a couple of Mazdas that I had put on my list. Well, I walked off with a car that day - and it wasn't just the car that sold me! I probably would have been happy with any of the cars on my list, however, after some disappointing customer service experiences at other dealers (long wait to be seen and/or overbearing and ruthless pursuit like I was bait), the staff here was on point. I want to call out Mark Brandon specifically - he approached me with just the right amount of service to start, not pushing for a sale but inquiring about my needs. He was also KNOWLEDGEABLE about Mazda, had personal anecdotal experience, and he came across as a trustworthy guy who wasn't just BS'ing me. This was not the case at other places. When it came time to put financing on the car I chose, that was an easy process. So far I really love my 3 Touring, so I do recommend Mazda, but if you are looking for an ideal car-shopping experience, and that includes for used/non-Mazda, then I recommend coming here. Perhaps the other Tom Bush places are similar? No telling but it's worth mentioning that this is a Tom Bush dealership. More

Joel at Mazda in Orange Park is amazing. This is my 4th Mazda purchased (last 2 from Joel). He exceeded all my expectations and more. I can only say if you are looking for a car go directly to Mazda of OP. You will feel good with your purchase/lease and not feel like another dealership would have done a better deal.
