No hassle oil change, They've got a nice little quick lube shop. Also, had them throw in a tire rotation along with the purchase of a rear windshield wiper for our vehicle. Takes several appointments to get something repaired proper. We have had our 2017 Malibu in for repairs twice since purchased in October. Carpet issue the first visit (not repaired proper till second visit), car We have had our 2017 Malibu in for repairs twice since purchased in October. Carpet issue the first visit (not repaired proper till second visit), carpet and tire pressure service issue on second visit (pressure issue still not repaired). Neither time was all the repairs completed. These repairs are problems that the car has had from the time of purchase. Plus, we was paying for the fuel for both, our car and the loaner car, during these repairs. We live roughly 50 miles from them. This is the 3rd vehicle i have purchased from Mayse. I believe we got a reasonable deal on the car. But this is the first time I have used the service center and it will probably be the last time. More

Quick and Efficient Had my vehicle in shop for oil change and battery replacement. I was very pleased with how quick the oil change was (38 minutes). All the appropriat Had my vehicle in shop for oil change and battery replacement. I was very pleased with how quick the oil change was (38 minutes). All the appropriate computer settings were reset which hasn't always happened at other places. Had battery replaced and all is good!! The waiting area is very clean with coffee and vending machine available. Even has a table with a jigsaw puzzle to work on. Highly recommend! More
