Great, Loyal, & will do all they can for they customers! This is the second car we have purchased from Mayse, The first we drove to them because they had exactly the car we wanted. This time we drove an hour This is the second car we have purchased from Mayse, The first we drove to them because they had exactly the car we wanted. This time we drove an hour away to deal with them simply because our last experience was so great! Our first salesman was crazy busy the day we went so we met a different one, I was very uneasy and I dislike most car salesman terribly! He was great though too, Mayse really has outdone themselves. We found the car we wanted but weren't completely positive until a few days later, called them and they did the entire deal over the phone and even brought us the car! we had to reschedule like 3 times bc of the weather (on our part) and they were gracious and accommodating every single time. Simply said, Great People, Great Service, and we all know that's hard to find!!! More

Excellent customer service Chevy recalled 2017 diesels for emissions problems.(Shades of Volkswagen) The letter from GM said to bring the vehicle in or they would have the optio Chevy recalled 2017 diesels for emissions problems.(Shades of Volkswagen) The letter from GM said to bring the vehicle in or they would have the option of voiding the Warranty due to non compliance with customer responsibility! Truck has less than 1,300 miles on it. The next time GM sends me a letter with a vague threat I will go directly to the Missouri's attorney generals office. The dealership was great, no complaints with them, it's GM, you know, the corporation that took our taxpayer bailouts and now thinks it can treat us with disrespect. More
