Renewed opinion of Mayse Automotive Group Initially our first experience with purchasing our new Chevrolet truck was poor. We had not received the customer care We had hoped for. We returned to the dealership to acquire paperwork and answers to questions on our new vehicle, yesterday 2/20/18. We communicated our frustration to a manager, that we later learned was the dealership owners son, and immediately our needs began to be met and previous issues mitigated. Mr. Mayse himself (the owner) came out to speak with us and ensure that the issues with the previous sales representative were corrected. This action showed me how important customer care is to Mr. Mayse. All of our questions were answered by a new sales representative mike pullen, and Mr. Mayse senior and junior. I have a renewed confidence in this dealership. I'm very pleased now with our purchase, customer care we received, and I will now continue to bring my automotive business to Mayse auto group in aurora Missouri. More

My Experience at Mayse Auto Group Was greeted with enthusiasm by personnel. This same person spoke with me several times through the repair period. The waiting room was clean and tidy. Having to wait on parts coming from Springfield was the only downfall to the whole experience. I had called ahead of time to be sure they had the parts. However it took 2 hours longer just waiting on the parts. I took a vacation day to come in for the service and decided to wait instead of making another appointment. Every employee I dealt with was very courteous. More
