It is never our intention to mislead or otherwise provide negative experiences for our customers. The car that you purchased is considered a wholesale to the public vehicle, meaning that the vehicle receives a full safety inspection, but is otherwise considered "As Is." You are correct in saying that we do not accept holds on any vehicles without partial payment. As we strive to create positive experiences for each and every customer, we will always entertain reasonable remedies to situations such as yours. I understand that you have been in contact with Greg Poe today in an effort to remedy this situation. We have offered the return of your vehicle for a full refund, but you have declined that offer. Again, thank you for sharing your experience. Without it, we would not have the chance to attempt to rectify your negative experience.

My issues are not with the car, there is no need to return it. My issues were in communication/service. I appreciate the quick response and conversation. I am not against possibly working with Mayse again, if/when another car is needed.
