I have gotten my service from this dealer for 3 vehicles for years. Oil change increase by 50%. I will find some place else. I was told the increase was due to an increase of oil. Max motors Ford in Harrisonville MO is the BEST dealership I have ever worked with. My salesman Eli is not only a veteran but also a great, honest, and very sharp individual. The minute I started t dealership I have ever worked with. My salesman Eli is not only a veteran but also a great, honest, and very sharp individual. The minute I started the buying process, he was there to help and answer alot of questions without ever changing his demeanor or acting sales-y. The finance team was thuroufh and didn't oversell anything and even said "you don't need that and I wouldn't recommend buying it unless you want it" The service team is the icing on the cake Nate has this shop running like a well oiled machine and EVERY.SINGLE.PERSON. I dealt with today was friendly, knowledgeable and went above/beyond to ensure everything was right.
