Personalized service For my first service at Ferman, I was very impressed with the personalized service from beginning to end. I was met by my Serice Manager, called by him with status several times, and paid the him directly. He also gave me his cell phone number so I could call him whenever I wanted an update. I was also very surprised that the final price was under the estimate provided to me for the work. To top all of this off, the Service Manager accompanied me to my car to make sure I was satisfied with the work. More
