After many searches for the perfect SUV, on Tuesday June 26th, 2012, my husband and I decided to visit Ferman Acura to look at the differences between the Acura RDX & MDX vs the Infinity JX and the Lexus RS 26th, 2012, my husband and I decided to visit Ferman Acura to look at the differences between the Acura RDX & MDX vs the Infinity JX and the Lexus RS. As we walk across the floor, we were introduced to Angelo Coton(very polite, generous and courteous). We immediately fell in love with Angelo due to his sincere personality. He was extremely knowledgeable and made it easy for our decision making. We planned on going to another car dealership and with the comparative of the three vehicles. Unfortunately, we never got that far and because Mr. Angelo made sure that we were at the right place and search no more, and he was exactly correct. He took the time to listen and understand our needs. When it comes to buying a vehicle, we are fairly up-front with our position that the dealership with the best price will ultimately earn our business. Mr. Angelo was an extremely genuine individual who did an excellent job of informing us about the vehicle while at the same time giving us the space to move at our own pace and purchase when ready. From the start, Mr. Angelo focused on his role of explaining all the features and options of the car to us and was very sincere and not trying to close a sale on a car. We appreciate his honesty and flexibility. We both came to Ferman Acura late but Mr. Angelo willing to stay late and made us feel comfortable with our decision(got to love him). This shows us that Mr. Angelo went above and beyond our expectations. Not only, he walked us through all the features and functionality; he was very honest and sincere throughout this process. As far as buying car experiences, this is one of the most memorable we have ever had. Just having that unforgettable and exceptional experience, you can't top that. The relationship that we build with Mr. Angelo was far above outstanding. At the end of this whole process, we felt so blessed to have met Mr. Angelo(my miracle worker) sold us our magnificent and luxurious vehicle. The Acura RDX is the best decision we have ever made. The ride and the features for the price is amazing. Furthermore, we would not have made this executive decision if it weren't for Mr. Angelo Coton. Last but not least, I would definitely recommend to family and friends all over the world to visit and connect with Mr. Angelo(my SUPER star) if they are in need of superb service and a great vehicle! We drove 45 minutes to this dealership eventhough we have another Acura dealership 5 minutes from our house because we heard great things about it (and we knew the people at the one near us were not great to another Acura dealership 5 minutes from our house because we heard great things about it (and we knew the people at the one near us were not great to work with). As soon as we got there we were greeted by Angelo Coton and we informed him we were "just looking". He was extremely helpful and not pushy in the least bit and answered every question we had. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable and before we knew it, we were test driving the car I loved. We ended up leaving that day with a brand new TSX and the feeling that we were a part of the Ferman family. The whole paperwork experience was even made easy because Angelo sat with us the entire time and really guided us through everything. When we left that day, we had a new friend and we decided that we will always get our cars from Angelo Coton at Ferman Acura.
