Matthews Motors Inc responded

Hey Mr. Wallace i spoke with Vall my manager and he said you are ok with everything. I sent a response into dealer rater and it reads... I work with Pete in the internet dept and when Mr. Wallace came in Pete was busy so i helped him. When he bought his car we were missing some stips so he brought them back later on but the deal had already been sent out to the finance company. So when they got his package they called him because the stips were missing, we faxed the stips to the bank and all is good. He brought the car in for us to reset the TPMS light on the dash because we replaced the tires the day he bought the car but when he came back we had to send the car to Toyota dealer to reset the tire pressure monitor sytem and we did not know that on saturday when he purchased the car.
