We do apologize for not having the price available on the vehicle you had interest in. At Matthews Motors we do our best to be as transparent as possible. When a vehicle comes to our store it takes about a week or so to get through our service department, detailed, the pictures taken and then priced by the sales manager. In some instances a vehicle goes live with out pricing or pictures and can be hard for one of the sales team to get you the correct price because it shows n/a in our system. We do not usually have a set price until the vehicle has been serviced and inspected once that is done the sales manager prices the car according to market value. If we can help or any other concerns please contact the dealership at 919-550-2333 ask for an available manager.

It should have been explained that they did not have the price because car was in service or just arrived which ever the situation was. In this case we should have got your name and number and called you back. We do try to get the customer in the door because it most cases we do not lose business over price. However we understand people price shop over the phone and we will do our best to handle this matter going forward.
