Jennifer at the service desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like she did everything that needed to be done in case i had to come back everything was in writing and on file. I was not happy that i had to sit amd wait 2 hours just for them to see what wws wrong with my seat and to put a pin back in. The dealership itself could definitely use updating and a bigger waiting room, its pretty timy for the amount of people that have to wait
