I purchased a Hybrid Tuscon 1 year ago. The salespeople were fantastic and worked with me every step of the way. UNTIL...... the sale was complete. The service department is the WORST I hav The salespeople were fantastic and worked with me every step of the way. UNTIL...... the sale was complete. The service department is the WORST I have ever dealt with. I scheduled my first oil change and waited 3 hours for it to be completed. The next service was for my yearly inspection and routine maintenance. I was told it could take a little while as they were short staffed, totally understandable. I paid and once I arrived home, I realized they never changed my inspection sticker! They also never updated my oil change????? I called and was simply told to bring it back since I already paid for it. WHAT??? They never did anything to my vehicle except change my windshield wipers, ok so I figured because of their error I could drop it off and maybe get a loner- NOPE. So next issue - My check engine light comes on and I now need to schedule again, I explain this is under warranty and I am working crazy hours and will need to use a loaner vehicle while they diagnose the issue. I was told it could take several hours again. The service manager informs me that they cannot help me with a loner, but I could call around and rent one. They also could not get me scheduled for a check engine light for 3 weeks. I find it hard to believe that they could not accommodate me with 3 weeks' notice. When I purchased the vehicle, I was also told that they have a fantastic service department and loaner vehicles were always available during servicing if they had notice. The end result is while I was on the phone with the service manager, I made an appointment with Jeep Armory. I will congratulate myself on my new vehicle and I will NEVER be dealing with anyone from this group again. Bes of luck to anyone who falls for the buy and then needs service. More
Unfortunately, Hyundai has been very unhelpful with the issue dealing with my car, that is having issues due to a recall The dealership had my vehicle for over 2 weeks and did not complete the warranty wo issue dealing with my car, that is having issues due to a recall The dealership had my vehicle for over 2 weeks and did not complete the warranty work that they said they would. When I called after getting my vehicle home, they advised to bring it back and they would fix it. Living over an hour away, this a huge inconvenience. Dissapointed in the dealership and Hyundai is an understatement. More
