The service people checked the oil in my car. They were very nice and explained everything to my husband an me. They did top off the oil. Nick consistantly goes above and beyond The service team has done an excellent job led by Nick as a spokes person. He martians self control with some times rude and nasty people. Great experience from start to finish! Always feel welcome here everyone is friendly and upbeat. Don Grounds is my sales person he got me the price I wanted and spent over an hour with me g Always feel welcome here everyone is friendly and upbeat. Don Grounds is my sales person he got me the price I wanted and spent over an hour with me going over everything in the car extremely knowledgeable! This is my second Lincoln I bought from them, the service department is great never had an issue with dealing with them. The car was perfect when they delivered it to me. Great experience in every way I will most defiantly return and would recommend them to anyone that is buying a car. More

Scammer My parents had been taking their Lincoln to Billy's Schenectady location ever since Lazaro went out of business. They were given a free oil change co My parents had been taking their Lincoln to Billy's Schenectady location ever since Lazaro went out of business. They were given a free oil change coupon due to service going beyond promised time. The car needed an oil change, they brought it to Fucillo Schenectady. Upon picking up car, they were told coupons were no longer being accepted. The coupon was within date but they still were charged almost $100. These Fucillo thieves just can't be trusted. Never again...... More
