New Owner: Matt Bowers Eastern Shore Nissan & my service exp I just purchased a used Nissan LEAF, electric car, from a private party and went in for the yearly battery check. I had visited the dealership once b I just purchased a used Nissan LEAF, electric car, from a private party and went in for the yearly battery check. I had visited the dealership once before and met Bo and spoke with him about an appointment. I went in today and was out in under an hour: I met Mark, Kathy, Ken (service tech.) and Lynn (the service manager), and Christy in the office and Michael Neves the General Manager. I am hoping to have a long and positive relationship with this dealership. This is my first Nissan: I've owned a Mercury Lynx, a Honda Civic, and two Saturns, and have driven them all "into the ground." I am active in Sierra Club and Citizens' Climate Lobby so I want to "walk the walk" by helping reduce my carbon footprint. I am glad to have an electric car option and I hope they sell lots of LEAFS (not Leaves?) Thank you, all! Everyone was very friendly and thanks for the tea and snacks! P.S. Great Experience About a year ago, we went to Chris Meyer because I had been looking for a used car on line, and my inquiry was answered by Jim Smith. When we arrived, Jim was very friendly and helpful in getting us an SUV that met our needs. Thus, when my current lease was about to end, we decided to go back to Chris Meyer to test drive a Rogue. We specifically asked for Jim, and once again, he was wonderful. We left with a new Rogue lease in what we thought was a great deal, Since we left, we have had emails and phone calls to be sure we are pleased with our car and to answer any questions that we might have. Jim Smith is an extra-ordinary sales person. He is positive, knowledgeable and loves his job. We recommend him to our friends because we know that he is honest and will give them a good deal. Awesome experience, great deal, great vehicle My wife did not plan on trading vehicles when we drove into Chris Myers Nissan. When on vacation we rented an Altima. We were impressed with the way it handled, the spacious trunk and the gas mileage. We stopped at the dealership on a whim to just look at the Altima. When we drove up a nice young man, Gage Murphree came out to greet us. He was very helpful, answered questions and wound up making us a great deal and a trade-in on our SUV that was unbelievable. He was not a high pressure salesman but knew his product and worked with patience to get us the best deal. We even called some friends to ask how they liked their Altima and they gave us rave reviews. We also called our son who is our CFP financial advisor about the deal we were getting and he was amazed at the deal. So we drove home that afternoon with a new Altima.
