I called before I went just to let them know my check engine light was on. Justin told me to go ahead and bring it by, my car is under warranty, and he would check it out. When I got there, I mentioned that I called earlier and Justin immediately checked out my car. He instantly knew what the issue was, verified my warranty, confirmed the part needed was in stock, and checked in my car. He also agreed to change my oil while they had it since it was due for an oil change soon, which I was very happy about because that would save me a trip. Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable about my car. The car was fixed the next day, and Justin called to let me know that my car was fixed, the oil had been changed, they rotated my tires, and he wanted me to know I had a headlight out. At this point I was very impressed because they inspected my car for not only what I brought it in for, but to make sure it was I optimal shape when it was returned to me, which is impressive. My pick up process was painless. I walked up to the counter, was escorted to the cashier to pay for my oil change, and recieve my paperwork. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and kind. After leaving the cashier, Justin made sure I knew where my car was and told me to have a good day. I was very impressed and please with my visit. I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience with others and hope others have similar experiences as well. More
