Verify Tire Balance Not Cause of Momentary Shutter I requested that the tires be checked for balance since I was experiencing some bumping and shuttering sounds during highway speeds. Balance of tires was verified within specifications and investigation continues to identify source of noise. Suspected source of noise is the torque converter and is now under investigation. Ronnie Brannan and the Service Technician completed the balance job within the promised timeframe and provided documentation of the service results. A good job. More
