I brought our 2017 Cheverolet suburban in for a noise it was making and Justin took our vehicle in quickly and addressed the issue and the repair was made in a timely manner. Justin explained what was wrong and assured us that his mechanics would take good care of the vehicle so we would have it back quickly. Happy days are here again I found the staff was very professional When I arrived they listened to what I had to say and the service manager we can fix that. I said go for it I found the staff was very professional When I arrived they listened to what I had to say and the service manager we can fix that. I said go for it We went to the waiting area lounge. Manager said he would be be back shortly with a description of what repairs were needed. I told him to go ahead .and fix the car. He came back shortly and told me what was wrong . He said it will be done in 31/2 hours. He said that there is a shuttle driver that could take me and pick me up when the repairs were completed. The shuttle driver drove me and later came to pick me up. Stephanie did a great job of driving and was very knowledgeable about the Aiken Area. On a scale of 1 to 5 the staff is a 5++ More
