Long wait, oil change Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 2 pm yesterday. Arrived early and checked in. At 4:25 was tired of waiting in the customer ar Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 2 pm yesterday. Arrived early and checked in. At 4:25 was tired of waiting in the customer area and walked to the service desk. One rep there who was on the phone. Continued on outside and found my car in the pick up area. Back to the service desk and waited for the sole rep to get off the phone. Told him my car was outside. He looked through a stack of papers and found mine about 3rd down in the stack. Finally got out of there at 4:35. Over two and a half hours with an appointment? Can get probably equal service and lower cost at another site...which I will be doing in the future. Also when I checked in I asked if there was any maintaince service coming up based on mileage. Told that we’d go over that after he checked it out. Never heard anything about it and certainly I lost interest after waiting so long. More
