Service department ruined sale Dropped a car off that had the check engine light on. Told the service writer multiple times that I need the vehicle back the same day, even if they j Dropped a car off that had the check engine light on. Told the service writer multiple times that I need the vehicle back the same day, even if they just diagnose it. At 3pm the day of the appt, I get a call saying my vehicle isn’t going to be looked at. Spoke to the manager who said they will pull it in that day. Was looking at purchasing a used ttuck, until I found out that the service writer for my vehicle left the car on the lift and didn’t close anything out. I had to miss two days of work due to the service writer being ignorant. They would not give me a loaner of any sorts. Car took 4 days to get back. Dealer said the would cover the rental, and I look at my credit card statement and I was charged for both days, when it was the dealers fault. Wrote a FB review, and the “owner” commented back saying she’d love to speak with me. A month later and she has still not reached out. xxxxty customer service, ignorant worker. Needless to say, I traded the vehicle in to a different dealer and will never be going back. More

Just bought a 2019 Colarado I went into the dealership and asked for Josh Stowe my brother had bought a 2018 chevy Silverado a few months before and told me to ask for Josh when I went into the dealership and asked for Josh Stowe my brother had bought a 2018 chevy Silverado a few months before and told me to ask for Josh when I got there. The service was great and didn't feel like I was being pushed into something I didn't want. Never been in a dealership where the sales representative cared more about the customer being happy when they walked in or out sale or no sale. I have to say though Josh made the experience for me he is good dude who took his time even if I ran him all over the car lot. Yall will definitely be seeing me again in the future very happy with my new truck and the way I was treated. More
