Recent purchase The purchase experience was mostly pleasant. I test drove one vehicle but did not get the opportunity to see or drive the vehicle being purchased. U The purchase experience was mostly pleasant. I test drove one vehicle but did not get the opportunity to see or drive the vehicle being purchased. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to leave the dealership and return to complete the purchase with my wife. It was late in the evening and although the vehicle was ready for pick up, the completion of the experience was rushed and I was unable to really inspect the vehicle until several days later. There was some spots inside and along the Windows that needed to be cleaned much better than they had. And the vehicle seems to be a bit out of alignment. This was not able to be addressed at the time of purchase since the dealership was close to closing for the day. All Massey employees were fine to deal with except during the day when I tried to communicate with Lance and a supervisor. I realize the dealership was busy on a holiday, however, I would have liked more communication from the Massey team in the price negotiations. All in all, it was mostly pleasant. More
