He was very responsive in delivering requested items such as Carfax reports, etc., via e-mail or text. Additionally, he was very respectful of my time and opinions/comments throughout the process. Unfortunately, the dealer's adoption of the Carmax/Carvana "no-hassle pricing" model scuttled a possible sale by limiting negotiations among reasonable adults. More
