Purchased my vehicle back in 2015. I believe they sold me a lemon. I’ve had nothing but issues with my 500x power train/transmission ever since I purchased my vehicle. They also don’t I believe they sold me a lemon. I’ve had nothing but issues with my 500x power train/transmission ever since I purchased my vehicle. They also don’t treat their customers equally when you bring your vehicle in for service. Their loaner vehicle service option is a joke. They won’t offer you one when you’re scheduling an appointment for service and will trick you into scheduling an appointment making you believe that you’ll be able to get one if needed but they won’t once you come to your appointment.
