Hello Melissa, Our Service Manager, Tom Baker, spoke with a representative at American Honda. It was explained that when you were speaking with the representative at American Honda, you disclosed information about another driver of your vehicle that was not experienced with driving a manual transmission. Based on this information, they would not reconsider the claim. I'm so sorry that I was unable to help you in this matter.
