Jim sourced a vehicle with the right color and specs and after a little back and forth around the extended warranty and their willingness to increase the value of my trade, we closed what I consider to be a very fair deal. Jim told me on my first visit that he would get me where I needed to be and he delivered. Paperwork and delivery process were very smooth, no surprises. More

I met with Jim McCall and my interaction with him was everything I hoped it would be. He made me feel very comfortable and he was very pleasant, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed me. He made me feel as if I was the only person that mattered during the entire time we spent together. He didn't mind me asking the same questions over and over until I had a clear understanding. He went as far as to give me his direct number and told me to call him if I had any questions regarding anything. I recently went to purchase a another new vehicle on September 9, 2009. Yet again he went above and beyond to help me. I told him 3 years ago that he would have me as a customer for life, and I truly meant that. He has shown me the true meaning of customer service. I recently purchased a preowned Nissan Altima 2006. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Marlboro Nissan. The first was back in 2001. That experience was great and that car (a Maxima) ran until is the second vehicle I have purchased from Marlboro Nissan. The first was back in 2001. That experience was great and that car (a Maxima) ran until 206,000 miles. The car still ran like a top, but would no longer pass inspection due to an electrical problem. My overall experience with Marlboro Nissan has been tremendous. The employees have for the most part been there for significant periods of time. The salesman who helped me during this recent visit has worked there for 5 years and he's somewhat of the "new guy". Greg Tiede was the salesman and he was informative, friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy or "salesy". Mark Stukonis also assisted with the sale when Greg was unavailable. Mark followed the same consistency that Greg started and that I was used to with Marlboro from my previous visit in 2001. Not only would I recommend anyone who is interested in Nissan's to go to Marlboro Nissan, I will see those guys again in a couple of years when I am ready to buy a brand new car. More
My wife and I bought a Jeep from Marlboro Nissan without ever having seen the vehicle in person. We saw the Jeep on the Internet and my wife did all of the investigation and purchasing activity with a gentl ever having seen the vehicle in person. Because Jim was so friendly and trustworthy, my wife and I committed to buying the Jeep without ever having set foot in the dealership. In fact we live over 50 miles from Marlboro Nissan but were so impressed with the level of service we felt extremely comfortable with our decision. We have had the Jeep about two months now and we love it. Marlboro Nissan has called us a few times to check on us to make sure we are happy with their service and the vehicle they sold to us. At no time during the entire process did we feel pressured in any way. Rather, it felt more like Marlboro Nissan was trying to help and assist us in our endeavor. We had been looking for a newer vehicle for over six months in Western Mass and really did not find the right match of great service and vehicle selection prior to communicating with Marlboro Nissan. We highly recommend them. More

I went back and did some research online about what other folks were saying (Edmunds, Car and Driver...). The customers that chimed in were very positive. The safety ratings were excellent and of course, the gas mileage. The Marlborough MA Nissan sales & service team were professional and very friendly. Everyone greeted me and asked how they could help me. I did not feel pressured at any time, like so many other dealerships that I visited. In fact, I felt that Mark Stukonis went above and beyond in helping me choose what options I needed. I do a lot of trade shows and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of room in the Nissan Rogue. When I met with Jim Wood, I was equally impressed with the professional manner and willing to help expedite the paperwork regarding registry and insurance. Jeff Batta greeted me and was very adamant that if their was anything that they could help me with, not to hesitate in contacting him. Like I said in opening, I had my last 2 vehicles for 10 years each and 200,000+ miles each. I can see having this vehicle probably longer as my neighbors have told me that the service staff at Marlborough Nissan is top tier ! Oh yeah, my 2009 Rogue was made in Elizabethtown KY.
