Sales associate was incompetent and was going to triple our down payment after we specifically told them $600. Wanted $200+ every two weeks, plus whatever the rest of the down payment was going to cost us. our down payment after we specifically told them $600. I was very excited to get my new/used car from here it was the best 2 weeks of 2020. Then it wasn't, now I will say this forthright I had an issue come up and I was a week late on paying towards my down- was the best 2 weeks of 2020. Then it wasn't, now I will say this forthright I had an issue come up and I was a week late on paying towards my down-payment but my issue prevented me from doing anything including contacting the dealership and I will point out that the agreement between my self and Logan the sales man was that the $1000 just needed to be paid before the 8th of December when my first payment was due to be paid. So my issue is with the fact that when they repossessed the vehicle it was in breach of the law by By doing so they did in illegal repo because repossessions can not take place if it breaches a federal or state law while doing so I would have had the entire down payment taken care of as verbally agreed upon by me and this associate before December 8 Talk to me or work with me after the repossession because my friend whose house was basically invaded press charges they will not work work with me nor Talk to me in reference to my loan with them I don't know why they would rather do an illegal repossession take the chance of this turning out very bad legally for them I mean delete the county attorney's office is screening these gentlemen for class a misdemeanour charges because of their illegal actions I would like to have this all settled and taken care of but it's their choice do not act like adults in this situation Maybe this will help you understand what kind of company this is...
