Excellent service department I bought a 16 Fusion as a demo model. It’s been a good little car so far. Have less than 25,000 miles right now. I’ve taken this car back to the deale I bought a 16 Fusion as a demo model. It’s been a good little car so far. Have less than 25,000 miles right now. I’ve taken this car back to the dealership for every oil change/tire rotation. I had an issue arise with the throttle body...electronic components failed. It happens. Allen was very helpful in getting me set up with Ford Roadside assistance and I had the car towed to him. That was on a Monday. By Thursday afternoon, he had called and told me it was ready to pick up. Thankfully they had one in stock. Was a warranty item so I was not charged for the replacement. Nor was I charged for the tow bill. Allen was very professional, helpful, and courteous. That means a lot when you are having vehicle problems. The one thing I would caution the dealership about is this: They did not have any loaner vehicles available. It was not an issue for me because I have a spare car. However, many do not and that could affect their ability to get to work, pick up kids, etc. Overall, I am glad I bought this car from McLarty. The service department is rebuilding and repairing my faith and trust in service departments. No pun intended. LOL! More

good experience in a crappie situation Nichole did everything she said she would. Not a fan of the extended warranty folks but with being the middle man in a past job I know how they work Nichole did everything she said she would. Like the say “your fully covered until you actually have a claim.” My lady knows her stuff, and battled and battled to make me happy. She will make my Christmas card list when I start one. More
Recall damage to finders . During. Repair No Survey after the way your service manager talked to my wife. He did all but come out and say she was lying about the dents on the front fenders No Survey after the way your service manager talked to my wife. He did all but come out and say she was lying about the dents on the front fenders after the recall they were not there when we brought it in I have 2 more oil changes coming then you will see me NO MORE. Not to mention the wipers skip and jump across the windshield. O yea the manger said we can fix the dents for 200.00. But the paint may chip and Cost ME more to paint it More
