My husband contacted you in regards to bad squealing brakes on a brand new 2015 mustang GT and you told him to bring it back. We did the same day and spoke with your service manager.(I think his name was David) he drove the car and heard the squealing yet still sent us away with the same issue saying to drive it three more weeks. I did not pay $40K for a vehicle to be embarressed to drive it! There's nothing normal about the way those brakes are squealing. It literally sounds like a freight train trying to come to a stop on the tracks after going at a high rate of speed. I pulled up at a restaurant last week only to have ppl cover their ears due to the severity of the squeal when I hit my brakes. I've been out there three times for the same issue and everyone continues to tell me that it's normal. I've done my research and nothing is normal about that. Since your service department doesn't want to help me with a car that you all sold me, I will be taking this a step further to corporate. I just want you all to do the right thing and fix the issue so that I can drive my car and not have to worry about being embarrassed to press the brakes. Is that too much to ask?!
