Service Department Sucks I have used this place for years, and have never had a bad experience until this time. The lady was very nice and the only person that tried to wait on me. The two men were very rude and didn’t even acknowledge me. When my vehicle was completed, I saw the mechanic try to hand my keys to the guy and he shook his head no. The lady went to lunch. My wife and I had to wait on the lady to come back from lunch to pay and leave. It usually takes 30 minutes to get my oil changed. This visit lasted around 4 hours. More
