I went in to Mark Kia to test drive the new Optima. I found salesman with great personalities and great charater. After test driving the Sportage and the Sorrento I went to another dealer and drove the Jeep Tracker. I came back to Mark Kia - The sales person remembered what I had driven. Even though it took a while to get things done, it wasn't tedious. All the salespeople were friendly, and actually took the time to say hello and offer assistance even though they were very busy with other customers. They all went out of they way to keep me informed on what was happening with my new car. They were extremely competitive with my trade-in - I was offerec $15k for my 2004 Ford truck and was offered only $14,111 by 3 other dealers.
