I just had the best car buying experience that I've ever had at Mark Kia. I had been talking with other dealerships and almost purchased another vehicle, but was getting frustrated with the fact that I coul had at Mark Kia. I had been talking with other dealerships and almost purchased another vehicle, but was getting frustrated with the fact that I could never get a straight price from the salesperson. I live in a small town, so I did most of my shopping via internet, phone and e-mail. I wanted to be able to know exactly what I was getting and how much it was going to cost me before I walked in the door at the dealership. That is exactly the customer service that I received from Aaron Joumas. He went over every detail about the car, gave me all the prices over the phone and when I got his e-mail nothing had changed. I arrived at the dealership and Aaron met me in the parking lot before I ever made it to the front door. He was helpful, friendly, honest, no pressure, and delivered first rate customer service. He went over and above what he needed to do. He even threw in a couple of extra items that I wanted but didn't feel I should spend the money on. I left my old car at the dealership overnight until I could have someone come back with me and pick it up. Aaron spent more time with me making sure that I was happy with the car. He gave me some car care tips. You know when someone really cares, when they continue to give you the same great service after the deal as they do before. I'm going to recommend Aaron and Mark Kia to everyone I know. It was also very enjoyable to work with Chuck Flair who did all the financial paperwork. He went over all the details again to make sure I understood everything. He was professional, sincere and honest. I am very satisfied with Mark Kia dealership in Scottsdale, AZ. I went to several dealerships before ending up at this one and even if their prices hadn't been the cheapest I still would have boug Scottsdale, AZ. Everyone I met at their including Aaron Joumas and Chuck Flare were very friendly and welcoming to me. Aaron went above and beyond what a normal salesman would do. He accommodated us by sending pictures of vehicles by text to my husband when he was out of town and couldn't make it into the dealership. He worked with us just over the phone per our request for over a week. Aaron was very honest with us about our credit and honest about what we really could afford. He was very timely at getting us an approval and finding us the car we really wanted instead of convincing us to settle for something we didn't really want just due to our credit not being so great. I am truly grateful for all the hardwork Aaron did for us and he also met our deadline of when we requested to have it all completed. He even bought me a cup of good coffee during my wait. Chuck Flare was also amazing. He handled all our loan paperwork within 30 minutes and was very honest with me about the price, interest and warranty. He got me a great deal that had lower monthly payments than what I told him I could afford, which has never happened to me. He was very through in explaining all the details to me and explained how to improve my credit within a year. I will recommend this dealership and especially Aaron Joumas and Chuck Flare to everyone I know. This was truly a blessing for us. Not everyone has perfect credit due to their past but I felt like I had the best credit in the world with how I was treated. Mark Kia's family attitude is amazing. More

A lot of us do not enjoy the car purchasing experience. Everything went smooth from the moment we entered the lot. We took the car we were interested in for a test drive.....once I decided on the Kia Sportage.....it was just a matter of coming to an agreement on the financial part. This can be the most stressful part of purchasing a vehicle.... it was well worth it. I really appreciated how calm Aaron was through this process. My fiance can be "one tough customer". he kept us all calm under pressure!! We love our new vehicle!!! Also want to thank Aaron for keeping in touch! We had been to 3 other dealerships over the past few days and twice the car got sold from underneath us. I called in asking if the ford focus was still available that was on the internet, I spoke with Aaron and twice the car got sold from underneath us. But he told me about 3 other cars that were on the lot and ready to drive. My son and I drove all the way from the west side of town and it was worth the drive.
