While we here at Mark Kia continue to strive for excellent customer service, there are sometimes things that are out of our control when a customer requests a vehicle that is not in stock. We are at the mercy of what is told to us by the dealer we are trading from. In this case, some untruths were told that were out of our control, but we were able to get what they wanted from another source. We are certainly not happy with the way things transpired as it is a direct reflection on our business. We will be happy to offer the customer and additional year of our free maintenance agreement for their inconvenience that will cover 3 oil changes and tire rotations. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
