My husband and I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota for the first time to look around at the used automobiles. Salesman, Mr. Garrett came out to great us and was just wonderful. But, Mr.Garrett was apologetic and did everything in his power to help us look and test drive other vehicles. We decided on a Bright Red Camry, our FIRST toyota ever, and we have been very pleased thus far. It took me two months and multiple test drives and I never once felt pressured. If my mom wanted to buy a Toyota, I would send her to Edwin without reservation. (How often can you say that about a car salesman). The dealership is great too. They delivered my truck gleaming clean but I had to bring my truck back a week after I bought it for installation of a couple of options I had purchased and I had taken it down to the coast for a couple of days - so it was really dirty from the trip/kids, etc. The dealership & Edwin not only arranged for a complimentary loaner while my options were installed, but when I picked my truck up the next day, they had totally cleaned and detailed it out inside and out - it looked better than brand new! Wow. More

I needed a new car after 15 years with a trusty Subaru and wanted the high mileage of a hybrid. Mark Jacobson Toyota, and especially Edwin Caldwell, made my new car buying experience exactly opposite to that. First, I like the no-haggle price opportunity. Mr. Caldwell was entirely accommodating to my Dec. 2011 objective to investigate a new Prius for purchase in Jan. 2012. There was no aggressive pushing to buy it today. When I returned Jan. 2, 2012 I was able to test drive another Prius, the one I would actually buy, and was offered a fair trade-in for my former car right away. Everything was straightforward, including signing the sales agreements, and everyone was pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota and especially Edwin Caldwell. He helped me several times to see how my new car's features work. More
