Mr. Dias was very helpful in finding me a car that fit all of my requirements: good gas mileage, reliability and my budget. I did not have much to work with in that my current car was a pile of junk and all of my requirements: good gas mileage, reliability and my budget. I did not have much to work with in that my current car was a pile of junk and on it's last leg, yet, Mr. Dias managed to get me a great deal on a trade in, a great used Mazda (2012) with only 37,000 miles and financing that rivaled the State Employees' Credit Union. I really appreciated all of the other employees who helped me, too, like the used car specialist on the lot (sorry! Cannot recall his name!) and Sheyi Bucknor-Smartt. I am very happy with my purchase! Mr. Dias surpassed my expectations! More

My wife had to take our 2007 Prius (145,000 miles) in as the panel lights came on indicating a major problem. When I got there my wife and Edwin were test driving a 2014 4Runner. I knew we needed to consider getting a new 4 Runner. I joked and said that maybe we could get 2 new cars thinking there was no way we could make the numbers work. I said I would even consider a used Prius to get a new 4 Runner. I test drove a new 2014 Prius and a 2013 used Prius. I loved the 2014 Prius and my wife loved the 2014 SR5 4Runner. After we discussed pricing, ate popcorn, drank water, and spent a good amount of time talking with others at the dealership, we went home with 2 brand new vehicles at prices we thought were fair and some extras like moonroof, running boards, and even a cargo mat. Edwin and John took very good care of us and went above and beyond in their efforts. They truly did treat us like VIPs. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Mark Jacobson and have been very, very satisfied. Now with the lifetime warranty and maintenance plans available, buying a Toyota is a no brainer. Edwin likes to call himself The Greatest, and I would almost agree. He is The Greatest #2 as Muhammned Ali will always be The Greatest. Still, Edwin is in great company. Just to satisfy my curiosity, I shopped around at several other local Toyota dealers and their inventory, warranties, and services couldn't compare to Mark Jacobson Toyota. Jay was a very low-pressure salesman who was purely interested in finding me the car of my dreams in my budget. When I found the used Toyota Camry I wanted, Jay ensured that my car buying experience was as hassle-free as possible, providing me with the lowest possible price up-front. He also ensured that a few minor cosmetic repairs would be taken care of ASAP as a part of my purchase agreement.
