We appreciate your feedback, although we respectfully disagree with several of the statements in your review. Before the sale, the vehicle underwent our inspection and met our standards for a used vehicle. The vehicle was also available for you and your husband to inspect prior to purchase, and it was purchased as-is. After the sale, you informed us that another shop recommended replacing the tires. While we respect that another business may have a different opinion, our inspection did not find the tires to be unsafe or in need of immediate replacement at the time of sale. We understand that buying a used vehicle can be stressful, and we're sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We wish you the best moving forward.

This is the first we've heard about you claiming they are dry cracked. You said the interior of the tires were worn when you came back in. You brought the vehicle back for us to look at after driving it almost 4000 miles, we showed you with a tire tread depth checker, that every single tire was deep into the green on it. I personally drove with you at 85MPH and did not feel or hear a thing. It felt like going 80-85MPH in a smaller sedan. I let off of the steering wheel and hit the brakes, it did not pull or shimmy at all. They were nearly new firestone tires. If it does it on one highway but not another, would you not say that its the road not the vehicle? Because even you said its only on that one highway. We personally changed your oil, rotated your tires and changed the wipers a total of 3 times to try and make you happy but sometimes, some people we just can not make happy no matter how hard we try.
