No problem they had them there when we arrived a couple hours later. They showed us each model of the vehicle, explained the differences. They were very knowledgeable of each vehicle we looked at. They were very patient with us. The two times we went in, it was right before closing, and we were apologetic but with crazy work hours thats all we could do. We kept apologizing, but at no time did they make us feel rushed. We made a deal, and were the last customers in there. nearly 3 hours after closing. Even after the sale he came out and gave us a quick overview of our new vehicle features. We have bought two vehicles here. We will be returning for our next. I contacted Joe and, even though it was after the sale and the car was bought "as is", Joe worked with me to set up a time and have his guys repair the seam. We were set on the Grand Cherokee from the get-go, but we were between the three different trims and what was best for the future of our family.
