We were traveling from Athens to Arkansas in a Prius a warning light came on. We called from the interstate and talked to very a helpful person on the phone. Are whole experience was amazing. It is a giant service center but their representative, Bo Boening , made it feel like our local friendly mechanic. He was very knowledgeable kept us informed a number of times while we were waiting... Comfortable waiting area. They replaced a coolant pump that failed and we were back on our way in a few hours. Do not go here if you are a woman going in alone - the men at the dealership will try to scam you. They tried to confuse me with the pricing and kept changing the monthly amount. When we finally agreed up men at the dealership will try to scam you. They tried to confuse me with the pricing and kept changing the monthly amount. When we finally agreed upon a price, they had me go to the back to speak with another man, who upped the agreed upon price. I stood up and walked out. Horrible businessmen with no decency or values. I would like to say that the men and women in the service department across the street are all very nice to me. More

Dealership provides average service overall however this is the second time I’ve received my car back with missing metal valve caps from rotating tires, Harry my service tech made it right and replaced them is the second time I’ve received my car back with missing metal valve caps from rotating tires, Harry my service tech made it right and replaced them again. I bought the vehicle from Marietta Toyota and only have it serviced there. Last time I brought the vehicle in for new tires they said it was ready I went to pick the car up to discover same old tires were still installedThey apologized and got the car back to me that afternoon however at that time it was missing all four of my metal valve caps and tire pressures were not equal whatsoever More
