To the Marietta Toyota Collision Department, I have brought my 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross to your shop several times, and I have had problems with more than one of the repairs. I live about 60 miles awa brought my 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross to your shop several times, and I have had problems with more than one of the repairs. I live about 60 miles away, so each of these trips is a real drive for me, not a quick stop. I am past frustrated, and I want these issues actually fixed instead of explained away. To be fair, it has not all been bad. When my father's vehicle hit mine and damaged the passenger side, your team fixed it correctly with no issues at all. I also bought limited warranty front brakes from your dealership a few months ago, and they have been excellent. So I know your team is capable of good work, which is exactly why the problems below are so frustrating. Here is the repair history that still has problems: Deer impact (driver side). This one hit the driver side of my car. You replaced the front door, panels near the hood, the rear door, and some panels back by the quarter panel, including the small fixed window behind the rear door on the driver side. When that work was done, white residue was left on that area. On the inside of the car, a panel was not put back together correctly. I took a picture and left a Google review about both problems, and nobody ever responded. Front hood (after I rear-ended another vehicle). When I picked the car up, the hood and the body were not flush. You could feel with your fingers where they did not line up. I pointed it out to the lady at the counter, and the car was taken back in and corrected. The same problem has now returned, so either the repair was not done properly or it was only set to look flush for a while. On top of that, the paint is now coming off along the seam where the hood meets the body panel, because the hood is not installed correctly. This is very frustrating. Rear sonar sensor (after a vehicle rear-ended me). This is the big one. When you repaired the rear bumper, you removed the rear clearance sonar sensor, and ever since then my dashboard keeps throwing a malfunction for the Intelligent Clearance Sonar System. My car has logged this same fault on 01/20/2026, 02/19/2026, and 04/20/2026, and it is still happening. The alert on my own screen says there is a malfunction, that I should not rely on the system, and that I should contact my Toyota dealer to have the vehicle inspected. I have attached a photo of that alert. I have already come back about this sensor several times. One visit I was told nothing could be done. Another visit I was told it had been reprogrammed. Candice Leonard told me I should stop using Siri to remote start my car, because the error was mostly showing up when I asked Siri to start my Toyota. She also questioned why I would be driving at night, and raised a concern about the ABS being triggered and showing up as an error code when they read the vehicle codes. None of that fixes anything. Telling me to change how I start my car, or pointing at my night driving and the ABS reading, is not a repair. It is a way to avoid dealing with a safety system that my own car is telling me to get inspected. The fault logged again after those conversations. The sensor worked before your repair. It stopped working after your repair. It has now been broken for months, and I have driven 60 miles each way, more than once, to deal with it. I am not accepting one more workaround. I want the Intelligent Clearance Sonar System properly diagnosed and fixed so the malfunction is actually gone, and I want the returning hood gap and the peeling paint at the hood seam corrected while the car is there. Let me know a date to bring it in, and confirm the sensor will be fully repaired, not hidden. More

Went in for regular service check-up and to buy some touch-up paint as my 5 year old Prius had some small scuffs and scratches from parking lots, loading the hatch back ect. The Checkup was done quick touch-up paint as my 5 year old Prius had some small scuffs and scratches from parking lots, loading the hatch back ect. The Checkup was done quickly by Brian Kessler, headed to the store to buy touch up paint and then to Collision for professional advice on applying it. Maymon Post was at the Collision Dept. front desk and said he would look at it. And then within minutes he had professionally applied the touch up paint! My car looks brand new, I was stunned when this happened so quickly and efficiently! The paint blemishes had bothered me for a long time and now when I look at or use the car, the brand-new look gives me much continued joy! THANK YOU FOR HIRING PROFESSIONAL AND ENTHUSIASTIC PEOPLE! Perhaps hold a touch-up clinic for people as Toyotas last forever and retaining their new look is a wonderful thing! Thank-you Maymon Post !!!! More
Extremely rude and combative staff at Marietta Toyota collision repair center. Service takes forever to complete. Nice dealer, however, it always takes a long time for service. It doesn’t seem to matter what kind of service or what time your appointment is, you are in for a long wait time. service.
