First, let me say, I'm not bashing this dealership because each consumers experience is different and I have purchased a vehicle here before for my w First, let me say, I'm not bashing this dealership because each consumers experience is different and I have purchased a vehicle here before for my wife back in 2004 or 2005. I had been seeing this particular vehicle on the internet for a while and finally made time to go check it out. Got there, the sales man was less enthused, but did allow me to test drive the vehicle (no gas in the vehicle to drive). Test Drive was real short but I like the vehicle and was interested in buying. Now let me say I know how much the vehicle is worth and you would think that the dealership would negotiate the price to try to sale the vehicle, NO WAY!! They quoted me a price which was very high and I countered that offer. so when the sale manager came out (Dwight), He must didn't like the way I look or something but he straight up didn't want to hear nothing I was saying. Not professional at all. I'm sure they have a lot of valued customers but they have lost me. DISAPPOINTED!! More

Horrible customer service We like the suv we bought this isn't about the car. It's about the xxxx they put us through (because we haggled) was completely unprofessional. When we finally got a few hundred off the SUV our rep was so rude (acted like a 2 year old, scoffing under her breath to co workers that her day is ruined because of (us)). The finance manager was an a******. My husband called him Out twice on untruths.... one being by law dealerships are required to replace dead car battaries before purchase is complete. I'm sure they're are friendlier used dealerships in Atlanta. Almost 4 hours later (after the clearly drama filled "waiting game" they pitch at you) we left with a new to us sequoia. Pass on this one folks. No warranties offered anyway. More

3 weeks, no title, no jacket I bought a newer MDX. Part of negotiations was including a black jacket. The sales manager promised it would be sent out the following Monday. It is now 3 weeks later and I still have no title even though I wrote a check. I called 3 times left 2 voicemails and numerous messages with the young lady that answers the phone. Still nothing and no response. She claimed they are busy. I call xx, they do not hold their end of the deal and where is my title? 3 weeks? Really? More

Buying experience was good until Bought a car in 12/23,16,didn't check a/c due to winter. Compressor was bad,replaced,emailed them asking to help with cost.no response. Superior Experiece I was looking for a particular and ran across it on AutoTrader. I made an appointment and came to the dealership where I ran into Otis (an Angel on e I was looking for a particular and ran across it on AutoTrader. I made an appointment and came to the dealership where I ran into Otis (an Angel on earth) the Finance Manager who sold me the car I was currently driving. He introduced me to Tamark who was also a Gem. They both made me feel confident in my purchase. Not only was it the car I wanted but the security that they both gave me before signing the contract was unspeakable. Though it is in their nature to care about their clients (as I witnessed with the other clients who were there) I felt like special....they were my real life guardian angels. Car buying is something I don't/didn't look forward to...to deal with Otis and Tamark I would do it over and over and even become a personal buyer for anyone who needs the help. (smile). I thank you guys so much for making this experience nothing less than awesome. More
