The place is clean, large, and appears to be well managed. The one area of frustration was when it came to agreeing upon the purchase price. I told Brooks I had a TrueCar price certificate. Unfortunately, the first price he presented me with was several thousand dollars higher than the TrueCar price. That frustrated me and made me feel as if Brooks did not understand the TrueCar price. They reworked their numbers to align with the TrueCar price (but would not do any better than that) and I was ultimately content with the walk-out-the-door price. Furthermore, I really appreciated that I was not pressured to buy other services and gimmicks. The line items on the final bill were simple and straightforward. All things considered, I would shop here again if they have a vehicle which meets my needs. An area for improvement is the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicles (explains my Average rating on Quality of Work). The luxury vehicles and sports cars I perused in the showroom looked beautiful as you would expect if you're spending north of $100K. However, I was buying a minivan at a much lower price point. We carefully considered two, both of which were clean on the outside but NOT as clean on the inside. Better vacuuming and a thorough wipe down of interior surfaces would have helped them a lot. The first minivan had corrosion and rust stains outside and in curious places on the interior (e.g. the headrest posts and area where the seat belt buckles attach to the seat). The transmission on that first vehicle also did not feel right when it upshifted through the lower gears. From the CarFax I saw the vehicle spent its previous years in the Miami, FL area so I'm guessing it might have been affected by the hurricanes before making its way to Georgia (maybe it was flooded?). Anyway, the second van and the one we bought also spent the previous years in south Florida. But it was in MUCH better condition (interior and exterior) in spite of having roughly 20,000 more miles! And the transmission felt right. So we bought the higher mileage and cleaner vehicle but only after getting the mechanical aspects and interior checked out by independent Goodyear and detailing shops, respectively. As with any used car purchase it's buyer beware! Make sure you read through the CarFax and think about what it is telling you. My wife had the hurricane theory and I think she was probably spot on with that first minivan. More
Smooth transation Found the car that I wanted for the price I wanted. Chauncey worked very hard to get the numbers to work within my budget. He was extreemly understand Found the car that I wanted for the price I wanted. Chauncey worked very hard to get the numbers to work within my budget. He was extreemly understanding of my needs. He wasn't pushy nor aggressive as a sales man. He also followed up with me over the next couple of days to see how I was getting along with the child More
Worst Buying Mistake I’ve Ever Made Buying a vehicle from Marietta Auto Sales Dealership was one of the worst buying mistakes I’ve ever made. I’ve never left a negative review on any com Buying a vehicle from Marietta Auto Sales Dealership was one of the worst buying mistakes I’ve ever made. I’ve never left a negative review on any company before until now because I’m not that type of person, but my experience with this dealership was a HORRIBLE ONE. I bought a Lamborghini from them and I trusted them to sell me a good vehicle but they betrayed that trust. I even SPECIFICALLY asked them if the engine and transmission of the vehicle was good, and they lied to me that it was in perfect condition. So I paid them, but when the vehicle was delivered, it was completely stripped naked: No foot mats, no manual, no extra key, nothing. As if that wasn’t enough, I took the car to Lamborghini for servicing and they found out that the car has engine and transmission problems. The car was also smoking, and the drain plugs were messed up. Lamborghini said it will cost tens of thousands of dollars to fix the problems and damages to the car. I called Marietta’s GM, Mike DeJesus to complain, but he started avoiding my calls. So I decided to check out their reviews online and that was when I found out about other angry customers who were also deceived and lied to. If I had read the reviews before I bought the car, I wouldn’t have had anything to do with this dealership. I’ve contacted a consumer lawyer to help me file lawsuits against them; but I want to quickly warn anyone reading this to be very careful before buying anything from this company. In fact, there are other honest auto dealerships out there that will not lie and deceive you, and eventually sell a bad car to you. More

Found one on Car Gurus that was being offered by Marietta Auto Sales. Went to go look at the car. I had a hard time finding the dealership. I called and spoke to Carl Gray who helped me find where I was going. Mr. Gray met me outside. I told him which car I was interested in and he went and got it for me. There was no pressure what so ever about buying the car. I had plans to look at several other cars that day. I told that to Mr. Gray. None of the other cars worked for me so I showed back up that evening. Carl was surprised to see me. We made arrangements for me to come back in and buy the car. It did take a little while for the paperwork to get finished but other than that it was a very smooth no pressure experience. I would definitely go back to purchase another car. More

Ohioian's First Out of State Purchase I have been looking for a Kia Cadenza with the Luxury Package for 5 months but for a great deal. I'm from Ohio and looked within a 500 mile radius and this was my first out of state car. Finally, I found one in Atlanta. The dealership kept forgetting my information, wouldn't call me back, had me on hold for forever, and after taking my deposit (to hold the car) sold it to another customer. The deposit was returned but I was furious to the point of tears. It took forever to find that car, how would I find another one? Thankfully that same day I found Marietta Auto Sales and met Anthony Brooks. Anthony was more than great he was beyond awesome! He called me back, he followed up on my questions, he video chatted with me to see the vehicle and made sure the vehicle was locked down until I got there lol. The car was/is awesome and exactly what I expected. Toby was the money man and very personable as well as great with getting me still within my price range with a 100,000 mile extended warranty (great for a high-miled car) and less than 4.5 interest rate! Can I get a whoop whoop?!? Overall my experience with Marietta Auto Sales and their team was phenomenal. I didn't feel sales pitched or coerced and got exactly what I wanted. Thank you all very much and expect some more Ohioans! More
They lied to me and ripped me off. They are crooks. I was promised 2 key fobs/remotes and acceptable tires to pass inspection. When it was delivered this week, the spare key was not present and the tire I was promised 2 key fobs/remotes and acceptable tires to pass inspection. When it was delivered this week, the spare key was not present and the tires were bald. The car was unable to pass inspection and I am owed a spare key fob/remote. I spoke with the salesman, Anthony Brooks, who openly lied about the second key and tires before the purchase. He assured me that it would pass inspection and they recently put new tires on the car. He also told me he put the spare key in the glove compartment box, but the delivery driver, Thomas Morton, said he saw the salesman put only the contract paperwork in the glove compartment box with no key. Anthony was unwilling to correct this. I spoke with his supervisor, Sedric Mosley, on Friday, 02/02/2018, via a phone conference and he dismissed my claims without wanting to see the proof gathered from photos and a witness testimony from the delivery driver, Tomas Morton, at the time of delivery. I have photos, emails, a witness, and texts saved to document my proof of what was promised, and what I did not receive. Be warned NOT to buy from these crooks. Buy from literally anywhere else. They are not reputable and they are unwilling to make this right. Do not trust them. More
