Great customer service even without an appointment. I dropped off my car for its 45,000 service without having to make an appointment. Nice to take in when you choose. Before I got out of the car a rep. was there to assist, they called me by name prior to me giving them any info - Magic I guess. I was in the waiting area in a matter of 2-3 minutes. I did have to wait on the shuttle driver for 40 minutes but they kept me informed twice as to his arrival time. Funny part is when I did get to work I recieved a call saying the car was done. Should have just waited which was an option I chose not to wait. This is my fourth service experience with them and every single one was a great experience with no hassles at all. More

Great Service I bought a brand new 2017 Toyota Sienna in September of 2016, and I got 2 years/25000 mile complimentary service with that. I’ve had 4 of the 5 servi I bought a brand new 2017 Toyota Sienna in September of 2016, and I got 2 years/25000 mile complimentary service with that.
