Tom Decker, sales consultant seemed rather short sighted and accusatory of some preliminary questions regarding how I was going to buy the car; my first time attempting in purchasing a new car. Maybe he assumed I couldn't afford what I was looking at? Maybe he was having a bad day? Maybe, I won't service our family's Toyota vehicles at this location anymore. One bad experience shouldn't cast a shade over mostly good experiences but this kind of inept rudeness will stick in my head for a while when considering Maplewood Toyota as a reliable location. The rest of my Toyota experience has been great. Tom Decker, not so good. Stars deducted from my previous 5 stars experiences. Goodbye for now Maplewood. More
