The finance officer was thorough and covered all aspects of the transaction but never added any pressure for additional purchase considerations. The sales sheet, explaining the vehicle costs, discounts, trade, etc was straight forward and easy to follow. Kira, my sales person, was well informed on the vehicle features and took the time to make sure I was familiar with all the functions of the vehicle, I appreciated that. More
