I then picked up car and didnt even make it out of parking space car made a pop noise they came out to look at it and i told them it sounded like a fuse they pushed it in and they had 3 again 3 nissan mechanics look at it they called and said we had a satellite radio hooked up and it fried the wiring harness which is over $2000.00 dollars not under warranty so i paid them their fees and towed car home, i ordered a wiring harness and rented a car for a week , the harness came and i had a back yard mechanic friend come to install it . Well after looking over car he said something isn't right he looked over everything they did and found a $25.00 BLOWN FUSE car ran fine . I spent well over $500 on parts and rental for there incompetence thank god i didnt let them fix it they had no excuses but after a couple months of going back and forth the owner wants to make it right by giving me half of what i spent. I wonder how many poor people took there advice and replaced parts not needed making Mr . Decormier money we are looking into a complaint into dmv and have nbc trouble shooters involved if any one else has had issues like this please message me as the more the better for the nbc news and dmv. PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT TRUST IF NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY !!!!! More

Finally gave them the size and guess what, my size doesn't qualify for the offer. NO need doing business here! More

He purchased a certified used car and purchased the extended warranty, He recently took his car into the dealership for and oil change and for them to look at his brakes. With less then 10,000 miles on the car since it was purchased, he is being told that it needs all new breaks , drums. tires ect. They are giving him a cost of $1,000,00 for these repairs. I would not recommend service at this dealership or even buying a re car from this dealership. More

All I wanted was full Synthetic Mobil1 0W20 and they messed that up by putting in Mobil1 5W30 (which the owner’s manual states as the only other option) conventional oil. When I reviewed the paperwork later that night, I realized what had happened. I stopped by the dealership the next day and discussed my concerns with them. The service rep went out on the floor to speak with the Technician that performed the oil change. He came back and told me that the Technician did put full Synthetic in and that he must have made a mistake when he completed the paperwork. All I know is I paid for FULL SYNTHETIC and still believe I was given conventional oil. Even the sticker on my windshield says the next oil change is 3 months or 3,000 miles and not the 7,500 miles another Nissan dealer told me when they did the first oil change with Synthetic. IF THEY CAN'T EVEN DO A BASIC OIL CHANGE THEN I WILL NOT TAKE THE CHANCE ON MORE COMPLICATED JOBS LIKE PUTTING AIR IN THE TIRES AS THEY MIGHT MESS THAT UP. More
We purchased a GT-R from a dealership in Connecticut and had this dealership check the car out for us since they are a certified GT-R dealership. They told us the car was fine and we asked if there was any had this dealership check the car out for us since they are a certified GT-R dealership. They told us the car was fine and we asked if there was any rust on the car and they told us no rust was found. Since the car is coming from Connecticut, we were worried about rust. Based on this dealerships good car check report, we purchased the GT-R. Once we received the GT-R, we had our local Nissan certified GT-R dealership inspect the car since we noticed some issues that was not told to us! The local Nissan dealership here found more issues and found plenty of RUST. This is ridiculous for a certified GT-R dealership to not disclose all this information to us. They should have their license re-evaluated! If you are planning to buy a GT-R or have service done to your GT-R, don't take it here. We have a GT-R evaluation report signed off from Matt Decormier. I've been dealing with Decormier for the past four plus years. There definitely my Nissan dealer of choice. The overall atmosphere of the dealership is friendly, warm and welcoming. Normally, after the years. There definitely my Nissan dealer of choice. The overall atmosphere of the dealership is friendly, warm and welcoming. Normally, after the purchase of a vehicle, you keep distance between you and the service department! I must say Decormier is an exception to the rule. The entire service staff has been committed to doing a complete thorough job. Pricing can always be better.... But, overall fare! Keep up the good work. I will continue to refer potential customers. Love the new building.. HSK... More
I bought my Nissan Armada to the service department because I had problems with my trunk. I have a trunk that automatically opens with the push of the button. When I brought it in the trunk would open because I had problems with my trunk. I have a trunk that automatically opens with the push of the button. When I brought it in the trunk would open automatically, but it just wouldn't stay open. It would close on its own. I was told that I would have to pay a $110 diagnostic fee. I was then told they found the problem, the struts were bad. This was told to me within 45 minutes of looking at my car. After fixing the struts I was told that the trunk would not open automatically anymore. Mind you the trunk opened automatically when I brought it in. I was told that they believed that somebody (not them) had tampered with the wires causing the automatic function not to work. I was then told that they would have to complete another diagnostic to find the problem. I asked them if the $110 diagnostic fee that I was charged covered this. They said no because it would take more time to figure out the problem. To me this was fishy. First the point of a diagnostic is to figure out what the problem is the first time. Second they only used an estimated 45 minutes of the 1 hour that supposedly covered the diagnostic so I had at least 15 minutes left. Third I was told what the problem had to deal with wiring issues, so why would they need to do another diagnostic if they knew what the issue was. They were just trying to get more money out of me. I then took my car to another service center and they fixed the problem in 10 minutes at no charge. The issue had something to do with the way this dealership install the struts and the fixing of a button. They also told me that I had 4 bad tires and needed a $60K inspection which would have cost about $1400. I knew they were trying to take me for my money because I just bought this car 3 months ago and all of this work was done. I will never go back to this dealership again and would recommend that nobody use them. More
I wanted to take the time to share my experience at DeCormier Nissan in Manchester, CT. I went on 5/7 for an oil change and as I was pulling into the parking lot, I had a massive nose bleed (uncontrollable). The employees there were so helpful, by calling 911, applying pressure to my nose, handing me many paper towels, water, etc. They had no idea what was wrong with me when I jumped out of my car. Their actions and professionalism was much needed and appreciated. I purchased my car from that dealership in 2011 and take it there for service also. The staff there in both the sales and service departments are EXCELLENT. I thought you should know. Sandy Minneo More

They are quick, and efficent in getting you in for an appt, and the actual time u spend sitting in the waiting room feels like nothing at all...especially bc of how comfortable the atmosphere is, and the friendly personalities of every employee that walks by and says hello. I can trust the quality of their work and feel safe driving my car. Decormier deserves a score of "ten"... a 5 just isn't enough. More
