Barry helped us realize the Traverse was the perfect size for us, and it has captain's chairs in the middle row which is great! We don't have to remove the car seats in order to have access to the third row. We weren't going to find that on a Pilot! Barry was very patient and thorough as he was going through the car with us before we decided to lease it. We didn't feel pressured, but we felt he was very knowledgable about the cars we saw and the process of leasing the vehicle. He even found another Traverse that was located somewhere else that was even more perfect for us & it has everything we need for our family. When I came back to pick up the car, Barry took his time with me to go through the car to make sure I knew how to use all the features. I thought this was really nice since there are a lot of buttons & features to learn! Overall, we got the right car for us at the right price and we were very happy with our experience. When we walked into the dealership we were greeted by John at the door with a big smile ready to help us.
